Frequently asked questions

Who is behind this catalog?

It is maintained by an official representative of the JALL brand. Our job is simple: keep an accurate, deduplicated list of every JALL clock that is actually in stock, and connect each one to its official listing, where the purchase itself takes place.

Can I buy directly on this site?

No - there is no cart here and we never take payment. Every "View deal" button opens the official product listing at our retail partner, and price, checkout, delivery and returns all live there. The buttons carry an affiliate tag, so we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases; you pay exactly the same either way.

I sleep like a rock. Which model will actually get me up?

Start with the Wooden Triangle Alarm Clock: three alarms and five volume steps that end at genuinely loud. If years of loud alarms have stopped working, try the opposite approach - the Full-Screen Sunrise Clock brightens for up to an hour before the sound fires, and many deep sleepers report waking to the light alone.

What should I put in a senior parent’s room?

For "what day is it?" questions, the 8-Inch Calendar Day Clock spells out the full day, month and date and stores 12 alarms for medication reminders. For reading the time from across the room, the 12-inch wall clock with extra-tall 3.5-inch digits is the clearest in the range.

How fresh are the prices and ratings shown here?

Every number on this site is a labeled snapshot from July 2026. Figures drift as reviews arrive and prices move, which is exactly why each product keeps a button to the official listing - that page is always current.

Do the wall clocks adjust for Daylight Saving on their own?

Most of them switch automatically each March and November; the newest models go further and sync the exact time from your phone over Bluetooth. Each product page states which mechanism its model uses.

I have a question about my order, delivery or a return. Who do I ask?

The retailer you bought from - all transactions happen on the official listing, not here. Your order history at the retailer has contact and return options for every purchase; we have no access to orders and cannot look them up.

Why is each clock listed only once when the store shows several colors?

Color and size variants share a single review pool on the official listing, so listing them separately would just repeat the same clock with the same reviews. We keep one entry per actual design and mention the available colorways in the text.

What does this site earn, and does it affect the rankings?

If you buy after clicking a button here, the retailer pays us a small affiliate commission at no cost to you. It does not affect the catalog: we list every in-stock model regardless of commission, and the orderings you see are driven by review data.

Where do the star ratings and review counts come from?

Straight from the public official listings, captured in July 2026 along with the prices. We do not collect our own reviews and never adjust the numbers - what you see is what the listing showed on that date.
